The coin comes with a display box and certificate of authenticity. Set against the background of a honeycomb pattern the reverse features the Real Heroes logo along with a special forces operator in ultra high relief. On the left edge of the coin is the Special Forces motto "De Oppresso Liber" - "To Free the Opressed".

The obverse features a right facing effigy of her Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II with inscriptions "QUEEN ELIZABETH II", "100 DOLLARS", "COOK ISLANDS", and "2022". Above the effigy is a scene depicting a special forces unit being dropped by a helicopter along with the inscription "ONLY THE BRAVE ARE FREE".
